Stream your favourite Playstation Games on PC with PS NOW!

Sony have confirmed that their Playstation Now subscription network will be expanding to Windows PCs, initially in Europe and then moving to North America. The System allows users with compatible devices to stream whole games, Netflix style, to their PC or laptop.

This offers a new opportunity for many people to play PS3 and Vita games which they may have missed out on in the last console generation, without having to deal with emulation or any of the associated issues.

This news means that, without having to buy a PS4 and expensive remasters, some of the best exclusives in Sony’s library will be available to a wider audience including:

Journey

The Last of Us

Devil May Cry HD collection

Resident Evil 4

The entire God of War series

Tokyo Jungle

And if that didn’t convince you, the full list is available here

In addition to this news, and to facilitate an easier playing time on PC, Sony also announced a wireless dongle which will allow PS4 controllers to completely interface with PCs, including functionality for the headphone jack, touchpad, rumble and lightbar. That will be retailing for around $25 and while a UK release will probably cost around £20. That will be launching in early September.
